Dr. Suresh K has been working as Asst. Professor in Amrita School of Arts and Sciences, Kochi from 23rd July 2018 and handling the classes on the topics ‘Environmental Science and Sustainability’ and ‘Introduction to Research Projects’ to undergraduate students. He had worked as Associate Professor (from September, 2012 to April, 2018) and Assist. Professor (from September, 2006 to April, 2018) in Toc H Institute of Science and Technology, Arakkunnam P.O., Ernakulam District. While at Toc H , he was handling the topics on Environmental studies and Introduction to Sustainable Engineering to B.Tech. Students. He had also taught about Environment Management to MBA students.
He is having wide experience in the operation of prawn hatchery and farming of prawns, fishes, and maintenance of aquarium fishes. He has provided consultancy services for the beneficiaries working in environmental management and disease prevention in prawn farms. Also, he has rendered five years of honorary consultancy to a group doing municipal solid waste management in Indian Navy.
